Rockinghorse
Rockinghorse Children’s Charity supports sick and disabled children across Sussex. Set up in 1967, they have since supported nearly a million children with lifesaving medical equipment, support for parents and families, environments and spaces for children and additional staff.
£20 – Could pay for one young person to attend an art therapy session to help with their mental health and wellbeing.
£55 - Could fund a Medibear for a child to help them understand their cancer treatment.
Young Lives
£25 – Would pay for one young person to attend a day trip – Supporting a new experience for that young person and improving their self-confidence.
£55 - would fund a group of 25 young people with activities at their weekly Legends Youth Group, such as a creative, arts and crafts session - Nurturing the young people's interests and talents.
Rainbow Trust
Rainbow Trust is the leading organisation providing emotional and practical support to families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness. Rainbow Trust pairs each family with an expert Family Support Worker who enables them to make the most of time together, giving them practical and emotional support whenever they need it for as long as is needed.
£20 - can cover the cost of a day out for a sibling of a seriously ill child who just wants to have some fun.
£55 - covers the cost of a full complement of PPE for a family support worker for one month

What’s included in my ticket?
- Ticket includes entry to the site and access to all musical acts. Some activities, food and drink will incur extra charges
Is there parking?
- Yes! Parking is free and located adjacent to the event area
How much of my ticket price will go towards charity?
- All money made will be donated to our charity partners. 50% will go to Young Lives Foundation, 25% to Rockinghorse and 25% to Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.
I can no longer make the event. Can I get a refund?
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, we cannot offer a refund.
What time does it start?
- The gates will open at 12.30pm ready for entertainment to start at 1pm and will continue until 8pm. Last entry is 6pm.
What time does it finish?
- The event will draw to a close at 8pm. Last entry is 6pm.
Are assistance dogs permitted?
- Assistance dogs are welcome but please bear in mind there may be loud noises.
Do you have disabled access?
- The event is all on one level that is grassed.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
- We do ask that you don’t bring your own food and drink on the day. There will be a wide variety of food and drink available to purchase on the day, with each vendor agreeing to donate 10% of profits made on the day.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
- Due to the nature of the event, all tickets will need to be purchased prior to the event.
Is there an age limit?
- All ages are welcome but guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. ID may be required.
